In October 2006, two weeks before Omega 35 began production, Dastoli Digital submitted three entries into the Moe's Video Nation contest. The contest was designed to show how the entrant would put a Moe's burrito into every hand. Dastoli Digital's three submissions were Moe's vs. the Flying Saucers, which combined re-cut parts of Southwestern Orange County vs. the Flying Saucers with newly created material, A Burrito to Shake the Stars, which combined re-cut parts of A Wind to Shake the Stars with newly created material, and Binary Burritos, which combined re-cut parts of Automated Assets with newly created material. Moe's vs. the Flying Saucers was selected as a runner up in the contest, winning a $500 gift card that partially served to feed the cast and crew for Omega 35 and That 's the Name of That Tune pick-ups.
